Our story
Ask anyone here what brings people together and the answer comes back the same: good food. A birthday, a fiesta, an ordinary Tuesday. Somebody sets a dish down in the middle of the table, and the rest takes care of itself.
That is the whole idea behind Belly Bytes. We roast the belly slow until the skin cracks, keep the beer cold, and set out long tables so nobody has to eat alone. If everyone in the barangay goes home full and smiling, that is the whole business plan.
The name? We wanted Belly Bites. It was already taken. One letter later we were Belly Bytes, and honestly, we like ours better.
Crispy. Juicy. Always.
